There shall be following class of members

• Ordinary Member:                                      Rs.9000 (one year) • Life Member :                                             Rs.15,000 (Thirty years) • Student Member:                                       Rs.1500 (one year) • Institutional Member :                                Rs.30,000 (one year) • Industry Member:                                       Rs.50,000 (one year) • Overseas Individual Annual Member :       Rs. 18,900 ($300 x 63) • Overseas Individual Life Member :            Rs. 94,500 ($1500 x 63) • Any other as decided in future as per the rules of TRG

Ordinary Member: 
A person shall be qualified to be admitted as an ordinary member of TRG if he/she is a researcher, academician, or an industry/field professional in the field of transportation and allied areas and has obtained a professional Degree / Diploma in any branch of Engineering, Management, Planning, Sciences, Humanities, or any other related field, recognized by appropriate licensing bodies.

Life Member:
Any person, who is qualified to be admitted as an ordinary member may by a single payment of an amount as laid down in the bylaws, be admitted as a Life Member

Student Member:
Any person who is a student and does not fulfill the criteria for ordinary membership but has shown interest in transportation may apply for student membership of the Society to become a student Member.

Institutional Member:
Any institution may be elected as an Institution Member of TRG according to the procedure laid down in the bylaws. The term “Institution” shall be deemed to include any public company, a firm, a society registered under any law, a duly constituted trust, a statutory body, any association or organization set-up under an Act of Parliament or a Central/State Government institution dealing in Transportation and any other allied disciplines. Also, individuals from such institutions can also become ordinary members, irrespective of institutional membership.

Industry Member:
Any Industry or Corporate houses in India with their business or at least an interest in transportation are entitled to avail Industrial Membership on annual basis.

Overseas Member:
Shall consist of individuals from countries outside India who meet all the same qualifications of ordinary members and who will be invited by any of the office bearers of TRG. They are not eligible for election as officers, shall not have attendance requirements and will be subject to dues at Life member rate.

Overseas Individual Annual Member:
Shall consist of individuals from countries outside India who meet all the same qualifications of ordinary members. They are not eligible for election as officers, shall not have attendance requirements and will be subject to dues at annual rate.

Overseas Individual Life Member:
Shall consist of individuals from countries outside India who meet all the same qualifications of ordinary members. They are not eligible for election as officers, shall not have attendance requirements and will be subject to dues at one time life member rate.

2) Members will only be able to avail the benefits.
3) A member can only renew his membership or can change his membership from one category to other only after the completion of its duration.
4) For Students, they can only upgrade from student membership to other category after completing or fulfilling the associations policy laid down by the association.
5) Membership will only be confirmed by the Committee members on the terms and condition laid by the committee.
6) Membership is not transferable.
7) Once your membership is granted by the committee, then only you can get access to the TRG Network.
8) Discounted rates as mentioned in the benefits will only be granted to active members.
