The following parallel 3-hour tutorial sessions (9:00 hrs. to 12:00 hrs)
will be organized on the 1st day of conference i.e. 7th Dec. 2011. Each
tutorial has a limited capacity of 50 registrants and a registration fee
of Rs.300/- is applicable for each tutorial. The registration is open to
all on first-cum-first serve basis.

Chandra Bhat, University Distinguished Teaching Professor, Adnan
Abou-Ayyash Centennial Professor in Transportation Engineering, Department
