Paper Publishing Options in CTRG-2017

All the papers accepted by the scientific committee and if at least one author of the paper is registered by November 10, 2017 has three publishing options. Please read below for details and how to exercise your option:

• Publication in the TiDE Journal
• Publication in the Springer Proceedings
• Publication in the non-copy righted Conference Compendium

I. Instructions to authors of the TiDE Recommended Papers

The Scientific Committee has provided the recommendations of papers to be considered for the TiDE journal. Only these papers will be recommended by the organizers to TiDE. The list of recommended papers is available here. The authors of the papers recommended for TiDE have now four options as mentioned below. You are requested to express your option on or before November 10, 2017 by filling the following form.

• Do NOT consider for both TIDE and Springer Procedia (default)
• Consider ONLY for the TiDE Journal
• Consider ONLY for the Springer Procedia
• Consider for the TIDE Journal; but if rejected later consider for the Springer Procedia

If your option is (2) or (4), then we recommend that you may incorporate the reviewer comments and follow TiDE paperguidelines for preparing the revised manuscript. The TiDE guidelines are available here. You are expected to upload the revised papers by November 30, 2017. Further details on the procedure to be followed for paper submission will be communicated at later stage to those who have exercised their choice. You may like to know that only about 20% of the accepted papers are recommended for TiDE and the past experience indicates that about more than 50% of the CTRG recommended papers resulted in a TiDE publication.

If your option is (3) or (4), we would like to inform you that the Springer Proceedings of CTRG 2017 will come out after the conference and all the papers presented by the authors at the conference but not published by TiDE will be recommended to Springer. See the section (II) below for details.

II. Papers for the Springer Proceedings

All the accepted papers that are presented at the CTRG-2017 will be recommended for the Springer Proceedings. The authors are requested to express their option on or before November 10, 2017 by filling the form. You are expected to upload the revised papers by November 30th. Further details on the procedure to be followed for paper submission will be communicated at a later stage to those who have exercised their choice.

III Papers for the Conference Compendium

All papers accepted and at a least one author registered before November 10, 2017 will be part of the conference compendium which does not have any copyright and will be available to the delegates. You may like to modify your paper accordingly and upload in the easy chair by November 30, 2017. Please note that before uploading the paper, include the author details and affiliations in the paper.
